What are Grains (GRNS)?​

Think about Grains as reward points, only way more rewarding! They are digital tokens which will magically appear in your Algorand wallet periodically. The amazing part is that they'll benefit you, charity, artists and small businesses. 

Accumulate Grains and exchange them for All Good merchandise, tickets for future events, game credits and of course granola bars. We plan to build a decentralized marketplace featuring small businesses focused on sustainability, where your Grains can help you discover many unique products.

GRAIN DISTRIBUTIONS

The amount of your Grain supplements will depend on how many and which Granola Gang NFT assets you hold. You will continue to receive Grains as long as you hold an NFT. Even once you've sold or traded your asset, you keep all your Grains! Details can be found in each NFT description.

SILOS

We are setting up 3 types of Grain Silos:

• Royalty Silos: Some Granola Gang NFT's come with a built in stake in a Royalty Silo. Each character/flavor will have its own Silo, which receives Grains based on the online sales of that particular granola bar (1 bar = 1 Grain). The rarer your NFT, the higher your share of the total Royalty Silo. After storing 20,000 Grains, the Silo will be emptied and NFT holders will receive their supplements.

• Charity Silos: Each Charity Silo will receive 10% of the initial NFT sale price in Algorand, plus 25 Grains. After storing 1,000 Grains, Charity Silos are emptied by exchanging them for 50 Algorand (~$100 USD). Quarterly, the Silo's Algorand shares will be sold on CoinBase for equivalent USD and donated to the corresponding charity. 

• Artist Silos: The Artist's Silo will receive 10% of the sale price in Algorand, plus 10 Grains. Artists have full control of their Silo, and as new versions of the Granola Gang are produced, new Artist Silos will be built.

 

WHAT ELSE ARE GRAINS GOOD FOR?

Granola Gang NFT holders can also donate Grains to any Artist or Charity Silo anytime they choose. And holding certain amounts of Grain makes you eligible for exclusive NFT air-drops and All Good merch.
